Fancy Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (13 3/4 ounces each) artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (4 ounces) diced chilies, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove minced garlic

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Chop artichokes into small pieces, mix all the ingredients in a small oven-to-table baking dish.

  3. Spread the top evenly, and bake until bubbly, about 10 minutes.

  4. Serve surrounded by sliced vegetables, toasts, crackers or chips for dipping.
